The new Finnish Design Yearbook 2014-2015, edited by Liisa Jokinen, was launched today at Design Forum Finland. I contributed to the book with an article on how new design tools help create possibilities for citizen engagement in city development and activity. It is an honor to be accompanied by brilliant writers such as Dan Hill, Juliet Kinchin, Katja Lindroos and Jenna Sutela. This morning, Design Forum Finland hosted a panel where I was discussing. The panel covered themes from the nature of Finnishness to new areas of design, such as design entering the public sector.
The book is available via Design Forum Finland.
